Description of problem:
When you try to add the catalog bundle and enable the option "Display in Catalog", just press the checkbox, the system shows Unexpected error encountered 
message (see the attached screenshot)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.5.0.3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Service/Catalogs
2. Press Configuration/Add a new Catalog Bundle
3. Press on checkbox "Display in Catalog"

Actual results:
Get the error window with message that Unexpected error encountered 

Expected results: 
Should appear the additional fields to add the catalog, dialog and etc.

Additional info:
If you don't enable the option Display in Catalog, the catalog bundle will be create without any issue.
