The op-versions for RHGS-3.1 need to be corrected to match RHS-3.0, so that backwards compatibility is retained for RHS-3.0 and older servers and clients.

Since this bug has been approved for the Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.1.0 release, through release flag 'rhgs-3.1.0+', the Target Release is being automatically set to 'RHGS 3.1.0'

Tested RHGS 3.1 nightly ISO ( http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/composes/nightly/RHGSS-3.1-20150619.n.1/3/RHS/x86_64/iso/RHGSS-3.1-20150619.n.1-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.iso ) [ glusterfs-3.7.1-4.el6rhs ] 

The default op-version of the cluster after installation was 30702

verified this bug with latest 3.1.2 build (glusterfs-3.7.5-6).

The op-version set properly that is 

[root@ ~]# gluster volume get Dis cluster.op-version
Option                                  Value                                   
------                                  -----                                   
cluster.op-version                      30706                                   
[root@ ~]# 

moving to verified state.
