Description of problem:

While downloading  a provider summary report I noticed that the heading in the resulting PDF report contains the ManageIQ string.

Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1.Navigate to the summary page of an infra or cloud provider
2.Download the summary report in PDF format


Actual results:
---------------
The heading in the resulting PDF report contains the ManageIQ string.

This is the heading in the report I downaloded:
ManageIQ/Providers/Openstack/Cloud Manager "rhos6"


Expected results:
----------------
The ManageIQ string needs to be removed from the heading.
