Description of problem:
Dnf seems to fail cleaning the local metadata and cache.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dnf 1.1.3

How reproducible:
Sometimes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # dnf clean all; dnf upgrade

Actual results:
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'google-chrome' from 'http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64': Yum repo downloading error: Downloading error(s): repodata/filelists.xml.gz - Cannot download, all mirrors were already tried without success, disabling.

Expected results:
Local copy of the repositories freshened without issues.
