Same problem as in RHEL-6 bug 1276262 reproduced with sos-3.2-35.el7.noarch. Cloning for RHEL 7 as per bug 1276262 comment 3 (see below).
The severity of this bug depends on whether Cisco currently ships CDP for RHEL 7 or not, which I am still not certain about.

We definitely need to fix it, however I believe that Cisco CDP (the 3rd party kernel module responsible for these paths) is not currently available on RHEL7 so this may give us a bit of leeway to address this.
It is probably worth verifying that with a Cisco account contact - if I am mistaken and RHEL7 is already supported then we may need to consider a rhel-7.2.z release for this.

[networking] blacklist Cisco CDP paths
Cisco CDP products include a kernel module that presents several
large pseudo files in /proc and /sys. Blacklist these locations
to avoid attempting to read the content into reports.
Fixes #740.
