Description of problem:
  Update PCI ids for the beta and the final composes.

According to product plan, beta pull shall be done on 2016-06-28.
Final pull on 2015-09-28.

ALL TESTS PASSED

Verified as fixed for hwdata-0.252-8.3.el7, all regression tests are now complete, no issues were found:
