Dmitry I thought this was fixed with IPA? If so, could you move it to ON_QA please.

I *think* it should be fixed with IPA. At least I haven't heard about similar problems with IPA yet.

The issue wasn't reproducible using the newer 8.0 IPA images on the QE hardware or virt-env. In case the issue will reproduce again - we will re-open this ticket.
