This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:

Reproducer:
* enable logging to files (and not to journald)
* start sssd as root ("user = root" in "[sssd]" section of sssd.conf
* start sssd as non-root ("user = sssd" in "[sssd]" section of sssd.conf
