had problems with python-docopt since package python-docopt did not provide a python2-docopt package in Fedora repositories.

I made a new spec file in order to make package spec file compliant to Fedora packaging guidelines for Python.
rpmbuild works perfectly with it

Build went fine, so it will show up in rawhide as soon as the repo is refreshed.
