Description of problem:
Red Hat Insights page uses 'glyphicon-exclamation-sign' to display a warn symbol for instances not checking in - its rendered incorrectly on Fedora's FF 44 and Chrome 46

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup Red Hat Insights for several VMs
2. Stop/remove a VM
3. Check Red Hat Insights page

Actual results:
Exclamation sign is rendered incorrectly on the page

Exclamation sign is rendered correctly

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 

If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
