Verified it on virt-who-0.16-7.el6 since virt-who can send the disconnected esx host's mapping info to server after reboot vcenter. Therefore, verify it. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
