Red Hat Repositories page

Description of problem:

The attached screenshot shows that there are no expansion icons (+) next to the products name in the Red Hat Repositories page. The same can be seen in the Sync Status page. You can click and drill down through items but it seems that we're missing some assets such as jquery and css files.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite 6.2.0 Compose 1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import a Red Hat manifest and then visit the Red Hat Repositories page
2. Note the missing icons to expand the list of Products
3. The same can be seen from the Sync Status page if you enable a repository.

Actual results:

Expected results:

Please note (visible in the screenshot attached above) that the Horizontal menu tabs are not being styled correctly either
(<ul> element not being hidden by .tabs() initialization, etc.)

looks like jquery-ui tabs widget error.
Tried initializing the div manually from the console:

>>$('#content_tabs').tabs()

Object { 0: <div#content_tabs.grid_16.ui-tabs.ui-widget.ui-widget-content.ui-corner-all>, length: 1, context: HTMLDocument → redhat_provider, selector: "#content_tabs" }

..no error, might be just the css issue.
