Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to standalone server Deployments 2. it must be showing available war file (green) 3. Delete war file directly from Jboss server. (attached standalone server.log) 4) JON server will show unavailable but it will not delete from deployments. Actual results: JON server will show unavailable but it will not delete from deployments.
