Description of problem:
War file not getting deleted from JON server when it is deleted from JBoss server directly.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to standalone server Deployments
2. it must be showing available war file (green)
3. Delete war file directly from Jboss server. (attached standalone server.log)
4) JON server will show unavailable but it will not delete from deployments.

Actual results:
JON server will show unavailable but it will not delete from deployments. (screen-shot: unavailable-war.png)

Expected results:
JON server should delete war from JON server as well
