Description of problem:
UI doesn't show 'submit' button while creating a ostree type repository. Please see the screenshot. I tested it with Firefox 38.0.5 and chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 (64-bit) and found same result.

UI doesn't show 'submit' button while creating a ostree type repository

Expected results:
submit button should be available

Additional info:
 workaround: User hammer to create ostree repo.
