Description of problem:
Link to documentation on login page is too dark, it's barely readable.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6 branch, commit 672633c

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open login page
2. (Optional) resize the page

Actual results:
dark blue text on dark gray background

Expected results:
text easily recognizable 

Additional info:
* the background of the page is a radial shadow - depending on dimensions of the page and text wrapping the link may by rendered on slightly different shades of background.

* maybe UXD group provides color pallets similar to https://www.patternfly.org/styles/color-palette/ to avoid such problem in general

* (unrelated) the link itself points to old wiki - it's broken
