Description of problem:
Clamav 0.99 reports that is outdated. please rebase of Version 0.99.1 while it looks that no further updates will released for version 0.99

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):0.99


How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
run freshclam for update the clamav db
then you will see following message:

ClamAV update process started at Wed Mar 16 20:01:42 2016
WARNING: Your ClamAV installation is OUTDATED!
WARNING: Local version: 0.99 Recommended version: 0.99.1
