Description of problem:
when you are viewing VM right size recommendations the term CPU is used to refer to the number of sockets on the VM. this is the only term shown and seems ambiguous to some. instead, these individuals view CPUs as the number of cores for a VM.

more information is probably the easiest solution here and you could instead display # sockets (CPUs currently), cores/socket, and total cores to remove all ambiguity. however, any two out of these three data points  would technically be sufficient.
