hi there, can you please help us on publish f23 release notes and docsite-publican for french language ? even if we're not in a hurry, the request start to be a little old : https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/docs@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/AFNSAWBNMDHLCPMKKZCHABAR2N74E4Y5/#AFNSAWBNMDHLCPMKKZCHABAR2N74E4Y5 as we understand it probably is a manual process, it's easier to translate documentation through publican than through wiki (no memory, no track of changes). Any hope to make the process more automatic so we don't bother you any more ? thanks for your answer ! As this ticket didn't change and as docs.fpo home page is still in English I didn't notice Pete pushed the translation for release notes. Can you please add translations for the homepage ? I think it is docsite-publican. It turns out the process to publish home page translations is quite different from publishing guide translations. There's some documentation here (untested): https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Contributor_Documentation/1/html/Users_Guide/sect-Users_Guide-Website.html#sect-Users_Guide-Website-structure-home_page I haven't had time to have a closer look at it yet. If you need to have the home page published urgently, can you please bring this up in the docs meeting, IRC or mailing list? There might be people there with a better understanding of the process who might be able to help you. Thanks. it's been a while now, and new system is coming. |
