Description of problem:The has not been an update for clamav/clamd since 12 of December 2015.

Version-Release number of selected component on EPEL: 0.99-3
Version-Release number of selected component on CLAMAV: 0.99.1

How reproducible: 
Any time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check out www.clamav.net/downloads, version there is 0.99.1
2. On a running CenOS6.X run:
yum --enablerepo=epel list clam*
yum --enablerepo=epel update clam*

Actual results:
listing shows 0.99-3
updating achieves nothing as latest (0.99-3) is installed

Further freshclam complains about "clamav installation too old"

Expected results:
updating possible as latest clamav package avialable
