Description of problem:
vgabios-virtio.bin should be included  in seavgabios-bin package

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
seavgabios-bin:
seavgabios-bin-1.9.1-2.el7.noarch.rpm
qemu-kvm-rhev:
qemu-kvm-rhev-2.5.0-4.el7.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install seavgabios-bin-1.9.1-2.el7.noarch.rpm and check if there is vgabios-virtio.bin exist under /usr/share/seavgabios/

Actual results:
No vgabios-virtio.bin exist and qemu will report error for vgabios-virtio.bin missing when using -device virtio-vga:
qemu-kvm: -device virtio-vga: failed to find romfile "vgabios-virtio.bin"

Expected results:
vgabios-virtio.bin exists under /usr/share/seavgabios/

Verify this bug on package seavgabios-bin-1.9.1-4.el7.noarch:
# ls /usr/share/seavgabios/
vgabios-cirrus.bin  vgabios-qxl.bin     vgabios-virtio.bin
vgabios-isavga.bin  vgabios-stdvga.bin  vgabios-vmware.bin

#rpm -qf /usr/share/seavgabios/vgabios-virtio.bin 
seavgabios-bin-1.9.1-4.el7.noarch

# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -device virtio-vga
no error of vga bios miss report
