The 'SPICE option support' column in the 'Supported Virtual Machine Operating Systems' describes whether the operating systems have SPICE support available and can be used to access virtual machines via the SPICE protocol (i.e. whether that OS can be used as a *client* to access the Administration Portal and User Portal). The purpose of the table is to describe which operating systems can be virtualized as *guest operating systems*.

The SPICE support information must be removed from that table, and maintained in a single location: the 'Browser and Client Requirements' topic in the Introduction to the Administration Portal guide and Introduction to the User Portal guide. (A simplified version of this information does exist in this topic already.)

In the same topic, "Supported QXL drivers are available on Red Hat Enterprise Linux machines and Windows 7 machines." must be updated to "Supported QXL drivers are available on Red Hat Enterprise Linux machines, Windows XP and Windows 7 machines."

Megan, this is the change that we discussed as a result of bug 1321670. I think the table is the only other place we mention SPICE support, but feel free to use this bug to evaluate any other references you see as well.

Thanks for your feedback. This is duplicate bug I have been working in relation to improving the documentation of the SPICE client availability and support status. 

The current working version of the section you called out in the Installation Guide is available here:

I've added a new section into this document called 'Client Requirements' Previously, this information was only available in the Virtual Machine Management Guide. The section in the Virtual Machine Management Guide has also been updated and is available here:
