Description nate stephany 2016-05-22 04:41:25 UTC
Description of problem:
When adding an OSP8 undercloud provider, validating the rsa key pair gives a "missing credentials" error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.0.7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add OSP8 Director infrastructure provider
2. add credentials under RSA key pair tab
3. validate

Actual results:
missing credentials error in UI and the following in evm.log:

[----] W, [2016-05-21T21:28:54.859558 #5160:8fe4cc]  WARN -- : MIQ(ManageIQ::Providers::Openstack::InfraManager#authentication_check_no_validation) type: ["ssh_keypair"] for [47000000000009] [osp8-undercloud] Validation failed: incomplete, Missing credentials
[----] E, [2016-05-21T21:28:54.860177 #5160:8fe4cc] ERROR -- : MIQ(ems_infra_controller-update): Credential validation was not successful: Missing credentials

Expected results:
Validation should complete and the provider should be added with these additional credentials

Additional info:
The CFME appliance is on the correct control/provisioning networks and I can ssh to overcloud hosts from CFME appliance using the same user (heat-admin) and private key.

Also, it would be nice to be able to just paste the key in, as it was before instead of having to upload/select a file.
