Description of problem:

Adding new provider with a correct SSH key, the validation ends with 'Missing Credentials', although the ssh keypair is correct.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.0.4 beta2.3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login CFME
2. select compute --> infrastructure --> providers
3. configuration --> add new provider
4. enter the undercloud IP address and complete the details
5. enter the correct SSH keypair in RSA keypair, click validate

Actual results:

Error: Missing Credentials

Expected results:

Pass the credentials validation, or REMOVE the validation button

verified on 5.6.0.9 'Credential validation was successful'
