Description of problem:
"yum install ceph-installer" prints messages to the console.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ceph-installer-1.0.11-1.el7scon

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start with a RHEL 7 system
2. Enable the yum repository that contains the ceph-installer package
3. yum install ceph-installer

Actual results:
The RPM prints the following messages to the console:

   ==> LOADING ENVIRONMENT
   ==> BUILDING SCHEMA
   ==> STARTING A TRANSACTION...
   ==> COMMITING...


Expected results:
The RPM installation is silent

Additional info:
This is a result of not piping the "pecan populate" command in %post to /dev/null.

PR is merged upstream. Need to make the equivalent change in the downstream ceph-installer.spec.
