Description of problem:

Please build pavucontrol for EPEL-7.

I am the maintainer for xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin in Fedora. This plugin for Xfce uses pavucontrol. We recently built the plugin for EPEL-7 but we do not have pavucontrol in EPEL-7. 

Can we please have this package built on EPEL-7?
