Description of problem:
When I edit something in configuration and then refresh anywhere in configuration it displays "Configuration settings saved". When I navigate in sidebar menu configuration again and refresh, then it doesn't display it anymore.
In url is kept this:"https://10.16.5.168/ops/explorer?escape=false&flash_error=false&flash_msg=Configuration+settings+saved" and it disappears only when I open something in sidebar menu.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings -> Configuration
2. Edit something and save it
3. Refresh any page in configuration

Actual results:
It displays "Configuration settings saved".

Expected results:
It shouldn't display it.
