Description of problem:
Host overview tab has several links like 'Host Summary', 'OSDs' and 'RHSC Services'. They should not be links at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Accept some hosts and create cluster
2. Open some host overview page
3. Investigate 'Host Summary' tab, especially the label

Actual results:
It's a link, page source:
<a href="">Host Summary</a>

Expected results:
Items which should not point somewhere should not be links.
