Previously, when the Manager tried to prestart a VM from a VM Pool, it was possible that a user could try to manually run the same VM at the same time. In this case, the User Portal displayed an 'Internal error' message. This issue has now been fixed so that it is not possible for a user to run the same VM that is being prestarted by the Manager at the same time.

This seems to be included in 3.6.8. Should this be ON_QA? Yes, it was merged before 3.6.8. So should be ON_QA. there's no 3.6.8 TR defined, so leaving that out Verified on version: 3.6.8-0.1.el6 Verified steps: 1)Create VM pool with 3 prestart VMs 2)In the user portal-> try to run one of the VMs before the Engine try - succeeded Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory, and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2016-1507.html |
