How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Infrastructure->Virtual Machine->Provision VMs 
2.Select Template and click on Continue
3.On environment tab choose "Choose Automatically"
4.Provision

Actual results:
"choose automatically" check box is not working properly. 

Even if we select choose automatically option, the selection is lost when we switch tabs.

Expected results:

"choose automatically" checkbox should work and Vm should provision without problems.

Re-opening issue.  I thought this was the same as what was reported in bug 1350968 but that bug verifies the fix on the exact same version this bug is being opened against.  So this would appear to be a different issue.

Moving this component back to Web UI to have someone on that team investigate.

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 

If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
