pypoppler abi fix none

pypoppler in fc24 is the one from fc23 and still contains an ABI change that
has occured in poppler. This breaks applications that use it e.g. pdfshuffler.

I found a patch that fixes this abi change in pypoppler and with this compiles
on fc24 and works.
