Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Services → Catalogs
2.Click the Orchestration Templates accordion 
3.Click Configuration and then Create New Orchestration Templates
4.Select created Orchestration Templates → Click Edit tags under policy tab
5.Select the tag to assign from drop down


Actual results:
Unable to apply/set Tag to a Orchestration Templates
