I linked python-tackerclient initial review in RDO.
There's a package for openstack-tacker from OPNFV here: https://radez.fedorapeople.org/tacker/

We do not have plans to embed Tacker in Red Hat OpenStack product in Newton or Ocata. The roadmap is open for P release, and will be under construction during Ocata cycle.

Clearing RHOSP11 flag, Tacker is not planned for RHOSP11, and is not planned at all: closing the bug.

To be reconsidered after RHOSP11, for RHOSP13 or later.
