Please add a descriptive phrase to the summary, and more in-depth
description here (be sure to note any arch-specific issues):

An addition for the "Web server" section:

Subheading: SSL Certificate Expiration Warnings

Text:

The certwatch(1) tool has been added to the crypto-utils package.
This tool is used to send warning mail to root when any configured SSL
certificates have expired or are approaching the expiration date. By
default the tool checks any certificates which are enabled in the
mod_ssl configuration.
