Description of problem:
Is there a chance to update Aruba a bit? Or will anybody mind if I do it myself?

Actual results:
rubygem-aruba-0.6.2-3.fc24 is currently available in Fedora.

Expected results:
The latest version of Aruba (0.14.1 ATM) is available in Fedora.

Because the dependency is not met yet.

- cucumber was 1.3.18 for a long now (on F-25 finally cucumber was upgraded to 2.x), while aruba needs >= 1.3.19
- childprocess  is 0.5.3, while aruba needs ~> 0.5.6
- And I've noticed that contracts is missing
