1. Create a catalog item for Azure 
2. If the password provided does not meet the constraints , request fails.
3. It will be good to show this restriction while creating the item

I think we need to clone this an assign it to Bill Wei.  Dan fixed the basic provision issue, which was also needed, but this particular issue needs to be fixed in the stack template itself for orchestration.

Verifying this and creating new bug to update orchestration template with all the new validations that have been added.
