dia 0.97.3-5.fc24

How reproducible:
Make a diagram with dia and try to export it to a pdf file

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a diagram (just add a box)
2. Click on file --> export
3. Search pdf file format

Actual results:
pdf file format is unavailable for export

Expected results:
pdf file format is available for export

Additional info:
Ubuntu users can export to pdf with dia using the cairo plugin. Dia was compiled with cairo compatibility in Ubuntu.
Can you add this feature to the dia rpm package of fedora plesae ?
