Description of problem: all screen activity since enabling compiz is still on screen


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):0.8.12.3-3.fc25


How reproducible:consistently


Steps to Reproduce:
1.enable compiz
2.use the computer, screen fills with old frames
3.try reloading the window manager from fusion icon, more corruption

Actual results:as in steps


Expected results:normal rendering


Additional info:tested on AMD Athlon 5350 APU with R3 Graphics using Gallium and Also Intel i3-3110m HD 4000 GPU with Intel drivers. Same results so not driver specific.

Hi,
known issue, see https://github.com/compiz-reloaded/compiz/issues/40
for more infos.
You can use this workaround for the moment:
Enable the wallpaper plugin and do a'killall caja', than the desktop icons are there and we have no redraw issue.
You can also switch wallpapers in the plugin.

thanks that fixed it. sorry for the delay in testing, I see it's being requested for stable and locked so I can't give feedback on bodhi tonight after testing with a clean install.
