Description of problem:
the localedata for pa_IN in glibc has some missing fields and some
spelling mistakes. I am attaching a patch to correct those.

glibc-2.3.3-74

Patch is in glibc-2.3.3-86 (RHEL4) and will appear in next rawhide glibc too.

Can you please comment on
http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=622
that is apparently caused by this patch?
