Description of problem:
In wayland session with Turkish Q Keyboard can't write "ı" and "i" chracters.

How reproducible: 


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Wayland session in Login screen
2.Longin
3.Write any area

Actual results:Can't write ı and i


Expected results:I could write ı and i

I noticed that when I select english as the system language, I have no problem with "i" and "ı" key.

Same issue in Fedora 25. (Upgrade from 24 using DNF)

Hi,

I have same problem after upgrade to Fedora 25. It is very interesting but same keys works in Google Chrome in wayland session but it does not work system wide.

Also AltGr button doesn't have any function in so I can't type special characters like @ # € $

Hello,

I searched for a solution in upstream and it seems that this problems related to another component. I filed a bug against this component. Link is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1414493
