Ping? :( It looks like this was addressed in Fedora, but not in EPEL7. thrift-0.9.1-14.el7 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 7. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2016-46d50541a8 thrift-0.9.1-14.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.9.1-13.el7 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. yum install thrift Actual results: Installing: thrift x86_64 0.9.1-13.el7 epel 1.0 M Installing for dependencies: hwdata x86_64 0.252-8.1.el7 base 2.1 M pciutils x86_64 3.2.1-4.el7 base 90 k pciutils-libs x86_64 3.2.1-4.el7 base 45 k qt x86_64 1:4.8.5-12.el7_2 updates 4.5 M qt-settings noarch 19-23.5.el7.centos base 17 k Expected results: No qt packages pulled. Additional info: Already fixed in Fedora; I backported the patch.
