Description of problem:
When I click events in timelines, the event tooltip appears only for first event.
There is no tooltip for the rest of clicked events until I click empty space somewhere inside or outside timelines view.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Timelines for f.e. some infra provider
2. Select all categories and choose centered position for today's date
3. Click Apply
4. Click any event on timeline
5. Click any other event on timeline

Actual results:
Event info tooltip appears only for first clicked event.
The tooltip for next events will appear only if empty space is clicked before.

Expected results:
correct tooltip behavior
