Compute Chargeback Rate "日本￥", 'Compute Chargeback Rate' not localized.
Storage Chargeback Rate "*@^$&$", 'Storage Chargeback Rate' not localized.
Editing Chargeback rate with invalid data throwing partially translated error messages.
