Description of problem:

We do not support the Azure Classic providers which are part of the older Azure ASM API. However, the current event filter does not exclude events from Classic providers, this means we are accepting and storing many unnecessary events.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Azure provider
2. View the event_streams table 

Actual results:

Look at the full_data column value and notice they may apply to ClassicVMs.

Expected results:
We should not accept events from any Classic Provider.

classic azure events are skipped in 5.8.0.4
