Description of problem:
when defining chargeback rates, one can select "hourly", "weekly", and "monthly". What appears to be missing is an option for "daily"

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to Chargeback, Rates
2. create or edit exsting rates
3. select "per time"

Actual results:
only "hourly", "weekly" and "monthly" options available

Expected results:
"daily" should be offered too

Could this include also 'yearly'?
I am at a customer where they want to charge by year usage.
