Description of problem:
As per BZ#1395382, To maintain uniformity, add the same button group to Cloud Instance details page and move the HTML5 icon inside it

HTML5 button has been moved to Access Drop-down and now it reads as "VM Console" instead of Symbolic 5 of HTML5.
