Previously, it was possible to add a 4.0 VDSM to a 3.5 Manager. However, this led to failures. Now, it is no longer possible to add a 4.0 VDSM to a 3.5 Manager.

In 4.1 and 4.0.7 we'll only remove 3.5. In 4.1 we should remove as well 3.6. I'll open a separate bug for that. And in 4.2 we also remove 3.6. Verified on engine 4.0.7-0.1.el7ev and vdsm-4.18.21-1.el7ev.x86_64. Hi Irit.
