Previously, VDSM 4.0 didn't support a 3.5 Manager, but reported it as supported; you could add a 4.0 host to a 3.5 Manager, but would experience failures. This release removes 3.5 from the supported Manager versions, so you can not add a 4.0 host to a 3.5 Manager.

In 4.1 and 4.0.7 we'll only remove 3.5.
In 4.1 we should remove as well 3.6.
I'll open a separate bug for that.

Fix:
In 4.1 and 4.0.7 we only remove 3.5. And in 4.2 we also remove 3.6.
