Description of problem:

Make the update manager also update the packages needed for metrics collection.

I kind of remember we could not easily do it, as update manager is not per version, and those only exists in 4.1 and not 4.0.

Host antimatter has available updates: collectd,collectd-disk,collectd-netlink,collectd-virt,collectd-write_http.

Verified in rhevm-4.1.0.2-0.1.el7.noarch
