perl-String-Diff-0.07-3.fc26 fails to build in F26 because tests fail:

This is caused by upgrading perl-YAML from 1.20-1.fc26 to 1.21-1.fc26 and Debian provided a patch in its bug tracker.

Do you propose to wait for new upstream release, or make fix in Fedora with the patch?

It's only matter of tests, so the modules are fine and it does not affect users. But there will be Fedora 26 mass rebuild, so it would be great to fix it before the mass rebuild. Provided upstream has not yet responded for (more than two weeks), I would go with patching Fedora.
